The Northern Neck Land Conservancy believes that reaching out to our neighbors, educating landowners and sharing our vision for land protection will help our citizens to learn more about the benefits of conservation easements, and thereby develop a strong community conservation ethic. Opportunities for this outreach take many forms, from displaying information at a booth at a Farmers' Market, hosting our annual community event called Boots and Barbecue, or exhibiting at various community festivals.
