WARSAW, VA – The Northern Neck Land Conservancy has hired Duncan Griffiths to fill its new Conservation Easement Manager position.
Duncan Griffiths is a 2024 graduate of William and Mary, where he majored in Environmental Policy and Government. Over the past two years Duncan interned with the Piedmont Environmental Council and the Nature Conservancy-Virginia, where he became familiar with the role that land trusts play in preserving the natural and cultural heritage of Virginia. He comes to the Northern Neck from Arlington and is now living in Westmoreland County.
“I’m excited for this opportunity to continue my career in environmental stewardship with the Northern Neck Land Conservancy. I’ve already received a warm welcome here, and I can’t wait to explore all that the Northern Neck has to offer,” said Duncan.
